    30 Lbs. Bulk Organic Hard Red Winter Wheat Berries, Non-GMO. 2020 Wheat Harvest.
    Our wheat is heat sealed in a food-grade mylar bag. We preserve the freshness of our wheat by flushing the oxygen from the bag with food-grade carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is found naturally in the atmosphere and is completely safe. We have used this process for over 20 years and have never had bugs or any type of molds in our wheat. Finally, we package it in a 5 gallon food-grade bucket sealed with a tamper-resistant lid.
    Our wheat is grown and packaged on our farm in Southwest Nebraska and was cleaned by a commercial organic grain cleaner. We have our wheat tested for bacteria and molds by Certified Laboratories®, an independent lab. We use our own wheat to make all our bread.
