    Replacement Remote Receiver fits/works with most Ceiling fans from Hampton Bay, Harbor Breeze, Emerson, GE, Craftmade, Monte Carlo, Mesa Vista, Concord, Fanimation, Mesa Vista etc...
    This unit will control forward fan speed (1 AMP) and DIM regular bulbs (300W max)
    Dimming function may not work with some older remotes (On/Off light function will still work)
    This receiver will replace many other Models including UC7067RC / UC7067 / FAN-18R / FAN-28R (email us the number from the side to confirm)
