A white plastic holder on the user's manual is replaced by three pieces.
Here are the steps to make it work.
A white small piece has two long holes, and one hole in the middle.
Step 1.  each long hole is for each Acutouch:  Slide the Acutouch pen through the hole.
Step 2.  at the center of the white small piece, there is another hole.  It is for the long round stick has open ends.  Place the long stick at the hole.
Step 3.  Attach another long stick at the end of the long round stick.
Now you can use it on your back, neck, shoulder, and legs at a perfect angle.  It is much much easier to use and more durable than the other one.  You will appreciate this new device. I hope you love the Acutouch as much as I do.
