What is the difference between regular beer faucet and stout beer faucet?
- Stout Beer Faucet has the restrictor plate with tiny hole inside.
1) Stir the nitrogen dissolved in the coffee liquid when the coffee liquid passes through the small holes on the restrictor plate.
2) Resist the pressure of the liquid and make the liquid flow out of the tap instead of spraying out.
Kindly Note:
This tap can be used with co2 but dispensing beer that is best served with nitrogen is what it's really intended for.
The gas should not be straight nitrogen but a mix of co2 and nitrogen called beer gas.
